I'm one of your more mature fans. My mirror and calendar say I am a pudgy grandmother; inside I still want to look better, hiding the heavy upper arms and bulging tummy. Any clothing suggestions? Thanks to some good genes and the Artistry skin care, my face does not reflect the numerical count but your hints on emphasizing eyes makes the morning me a "WOW" once I get it on. Thanks a bunch!

Virginia,
I'm so glad the makeup tips helped! Another "must" for the mornings? Grab a hold of the Silver Ash Shimmer Eye Pencil, and glide along the underside of your water line (above lower lash line). Instant bright eyed gaze to supplement sleepless nights.
As for clothing, I gotta be honest and tell you the first thing that will INSTANTLY make you feel better is if you begin taking a healthier steps to a better bod. Grab a friend, grandchild, iPod, whatever, and WALK. Thirty minutes a day to start, and find some inclines or hills to enjoy the fresh air. Watch what you are eating, ask yourself if what you are eating goes with the cute outfit you'd like to wear? Making this easy conscious effort is the start to being real about looking good.
Until you begin showing off those arms, take advantage of layering patterns and 3/4 sleeve tops. Thankfully the holidays are over so you can start feasting on fashionable YOU :)
