YOUNG'S BIG HIT
OK, I'm gonna be honest: I've never really taken a liking to golf. Then again, I've also never been properly taught.
I'm also really impatient. SO, when I found out about Young's obsession with the sport, his JOURNAL that he keeps of his daily progress, AND his entire family's history of always having golfed, I was prepared to gain some appreciation for the sport in the very least.
No matter how one feels about a particular hobby or sport, when you see a person's dedicated infatuation over it, you really are able to appreciate it more through their eyes.
That's what happened for me watching Young. I loved seeing him appreciate all the fine things about the art of golf that someone like myself is quick to overlook. Like the beauty of being out on the green, the patience you're required to gain because it is that challenging to keep your score low, and the tranquility of it all being such a relaxed, meditative sport.
Aaaahhh ... OK, so there is a reason to enjoy all those elements I found frustrating. Well, the important thing is, Young had a chance to really take his game to the next level and make us proud.
Just one thing: can't the clothing be any cuter?
