Faye is Billingham’s right hand, carrying out his dirty work, and sometimes adding her own vindictive, sadistic touch to the proceedings. She has been resentful of Debbie ever since she appeared at the compound and took her place as Billingham’s favorite. She’d like nothing more than to catch Debbie wavering in her loyalty or even better, breaking the strict rules.

Angela Bettis stars as Faye, a devout follower of Tad Billingham (David Costabile) who leads a discreet religious congregation with a global agenda in the event series "DIG."

Bettis has appeared on numerous television shows, films and stage productions. Her television credits include the title character in the remake of “Carrie,” as well as recurring roles on “Dexter,” “Criminal Minds,” “CSI” and “House” among others.

In film, her credits include “May,”  “Girl Interrupted,” “Bless The Child,” “The Circle,” “Flamingo Rising,” “Perfume,” “The Ponder Heart,” “Coastlines,” “Toolbox Murders,” “When Is Tomorrow,” “Sick Girl.”   Additionally Bettis appeared in the 2010 Sundance entry, “All My Friends Are Funeral Singers, ”and the 2010 Slamdance entry, “Drones.”

She will next be seen in the "Untitled Terrence Malick Project" opposite Cate Blanchett, Ryan Gosling and Christian Bale.

Stage productions include (on Broadway), “The Father,” with Frank Langella and “The Crucible” with Liam Neeson and Laura Linney. Additionally, Bettis produced and directed a variety of independent movies, shorts, and radio programs with Mo-Freek, an independent production company.  She directed the indie feature “Roman,” which premiered at the Sitges Film Festival and has since been distributed internationally.
