Dear Chrisley Nation:
Well, now you know what happens when the Chrisleys go to Vegas. Is it what you were expecting? Let’s see, Savannah competed in Miss Teen USA, Chase wound up in the Presidential suite, and my mother went on stage with a male stripper. Yes, that sounds about right.
First of all, I am SO PROUD of my girl Savannah. Can we please give it up for one of the most beautiful girls in the world -- inside and out? We love you to the moon and back, Savannah. And, speaking of “Most Beautiful,” is it just me, or was she kinda thirsty for the Nashville’s Top 25 list? Maybe a little. ;)
Seriously, the way Savannah has matured into an adult this year with all of her new responsibilities fills my heart with so much love and pride. As difficult as it can be to parent adult children, I have complete faith in all of my kids. God has plans for all of us -- and no matter how heart-breaking or confusing something can be in the moment -- we all just need to hold onto our faith and to each other. I truly believe that!
Meanwhile, I hope everyone has heard the good news about the our Christmas album coming your way this holiday season: A Chrisley Christmas! I just know you’re going to love it. The incredible Shane Stevens has written us some instant classics and everyone who has heard it so far has had a good laugh at the tone-deafness of my family (myself excluded of course). I’m also really excited about the list of AMAZING guest artists who are singing on the album. I can’t tell you who just yet, but you’ll find out soon enough…
I can’t believe it’s not even Halloween yet and we’re already talking about Christmas. At least it’s for a good reason this year!
As always, thanks for watching and for making this family feel special. You are one of the main reasons we are so blessed every single day. Talk to you next week.
