Dear Chrisley Nation:
I hope y’all enjoyed this week’s episode as much as I did! ;)
Truth be told, I never really considered myself an arts-and-crafts kind of guy, but it turns out I have a knack for it. Who knew? So despite all of the aggravation in Tuesday night's episode, two good things came out of it: Julie will think twice before signing me up for another getaway with Lea -- and Chase came through BIG TIME.
Listen, bringing us to a Hawks game and putting up me and Julie in a suite was a very generous thing for Chase to do, but after his epic babysitting fail, I felt it was only appropriate. But taking Grayson court-side? That was a baller move. Some might even say, a Todd Chrisley move!

In all seriousness, I’m always proud of my children when they can acknowledge that they’ve made a mistake and then do their best to fix it. That takes guts. Mistakes are a part of life and Lord knows I’ve made my fair share of them (okay, maybe not as many as other people…), so just be grateful that God gives us a redo. All I can say is that, as a parent, you have to let your kids make their own mistakes -- even though it is one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do. And y’all know I’m nosy as hell!
Now, for a fun announcement for all the country music fans in the house. This Sunday, Savannah and I will be presenters at the 52nd Academy of Country Music Awards, live in Las Vegas! Be sure to tune in at 8/7c on CBS. I’ll also be a correspondent from the red carpet on E! News. It should be a BLAST, so I hope you're joining in on the fun Sunday night!
Sincerely, I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting this family. We continue to be humbled and blessed by our fans and, hopefully, I’ll have some more exciting announcements to share with you soon. I can’t believe we only have two episodes left in this half of the season!
