Through February 2011, Lily Rabe starred opposite Al Pacino in the Broadway production of The Merchant of Venice at the Broadhurst Theater, reprising her critically acclaimed 2010 "Shakespeare in the Park" performance as Portia. Among the many accolades she has received for her performance in the Broadway production is the 2010 Joe A. Callaway Actors' Equity Award, which she also received in 2006 for her performance in Heartbreak House (Roundabout Theatre Company, Outer Critics Circle Nomination). Rabe made her Broadway debut in 2005 playing Annelle in Steel Magnolias, a role for which she earned a Drama Desk Award nomination, and has starred in several other Broadway shows including The American Plan (Manhattan Theatre Club). Additionally, she has performed in several off-Broadway and regional pieces, including Crimes of the Heart (Roundabout Theatre Company and Williamstown), The Rivalry (LA Theatre Works), Colder Than Here (MCC), Proof (Gloucester Stage Co.), Crazy Girl (GSC), and Speaking Well of the Dead (GSC). On the big screen, Rabe recently appeared opposite Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst in All Good Things. Her numerous film and television credits include the independent film Letters From a Big Man, which premiered at the 2011 Sundance Film Festival.
