My younger brother has downs syndrome and there is a church that made it possible for him to have a prom. They have a special needs prom every year and there are teenagers who volunteer as dates. Thats a character to me. It meant the world for him to go to this dance. He was so happy. And all the people who made it happen are what character approved stands for.
